In addition to being the world’s largest manufacturer of repulpable turn up tape and pulp bale strapping, M. A. Industries builds, installs and maintains the most reliable turn up systems in the paper industry today.

Our systems are designed to be durable, economical, simple to maintain and user friendly. All our systems and repulpable tape are manufactured solely in the United States at our facility in Peachtree City, Georgia.

The success of our turn up systems around the world is in large part due to the dedication of our service department, which represents more than half a century of experience maintaining systems of every make and model from every manufacturer. Our technicians have carried out installations in more than 25 countries and 32 U.S. states.

The Service Team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist our customers troubleshoot problems.

M.A Industries’ National Service manager, Jeff Ritchie, has been installing and servicing systems for over twenty years and has seen every possible application for Turn up devices at the reel.

“My number one priority,” Ritchie says, “is that each of our customers receive the very best assistance available, regardless of whose system they are using. All of our customers, without fail will receive free preventive maintenance visits each year. I personally hold all our technicians to the highest standards, and provide them with the training necessary to make them the best in the field. Each of our systems is hand built, specifically for that customer, and is thoroughly operationally tested in our laboratory before shipment.”

M.A. Industries’ service personnel are available for consultation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without exception. All orders for parts, service or tape are handled next day, and usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
